The Agritrend range has 5 sizes of harrow. They are UK designed with a 12 year pedigree of design and development based on our determination to have the heaviest and most aggressive harrow on the market in Europe and the UK to give  the best value for money for all our customers.

Our design is heavy duty compared to all of our competitors which is why we are the UK leader for harrows of this type. The harrows are more robust by far, they weigh more and are stronger, longer lasting and more aggressive at the job. 

The harrow range has five sizes which , range between 2.35 meters and up to 6 meters. The smaller harrows are popular with the micro and small tractor owners while the biggest at 6 meters is in the right place behind a larger and more powerful tractor.  The 2.35 and 3.1 ,eter versions are on CAT I. This is easily bushed out to go onto CAT II. The 4, 5 and 6 meter versions are all sent out with hydraulic folding which is necessitated by the superior weight of our harrows which would make them difficult to manage manually. They all have CAT II linkage. 

Choosing a harrow for the right reasons.

Our harrow frames are from 8mm 355 steel rather than the industry standard 6mm. This gives greater weight and strength and makes the harrows more aggressive and effective. The stronger frames also permit  a much heavier double sided iron tooth. This is our own unique design which we call the  “Dragon Tooth,”  Each one is  0.45kg heavier than the next best harrow tooth offered by the competition making our harrow the decisive leader in performance through Europe. One side of the tooth is designed for use when levelling poached and rutted pastures and breaking up molehills and dung. The other side has a very long tooth for pulling out thatch/moss and ticking in seeds when re-seeding. The alloy used in the Dragon Tooth has a little extra carbon and titanium which hardens to make it more wear resistant  and the extra metal in the body makes the whole tooth unit makes the teeth more shock proof and resistant to shatter. The tooth is designed with extra thickness of metal in all the critical wear points which adds years of life and use before the harrow mat must be replaced. The wing joints on the larger harrows are doubled and made from 8mm plate. There is no harrow which is more robust and user proof.  In every way possible the harrows are stronger and last longer. The  are easier to use and do a better job and this is why they are so much more value for money.

Widths available: Width is made from harrow frame edge to harrow frame edge on the leading surface which is where the main action of levelling takes place. All of the harrows have 4 rows of teeth. Beware those which skimp on only three rows!!
